TOS Presentation
These Terms of Sale (TOS) aim to define the terms and conditions according to which Easy Finance Corporate, a fintech company that facilitates access to financial services, provides its services to its clients in collaboration with partner financial institutions.
3. Services Offered
EasyBank offers four main activities to support its clients in their financial needs:
3.1. Credit Mediation and Intermediation
- Online loan simulation via interactive forms
- Complete study and analysis of credit application files
- Transmission of files to partner banks after validation
- Direct connection between clients and financial institutions
- Personalized follow-up throughout the process
3.2. Negotiation and Condition Optimization
- Negotiation of preferential conditions with banking partners
- Search for the best financing offers
- Optimization of interest rates and conditions
- Comparison of multiple offers
3.3. Banking Advice and Guidance
- Personalized consultations to identify financial needs
- Financial profile analysis and tailored recommendations
- Guidance towards suitable banking products
- Financial management advice and budget planning
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
4.1. Credit Services Pricing
Processing fees:
- For any credit file study: 50 DT
- This amount will be deducted from the final commission if credit is granted
- In case of refusal, it constitutes non-refundable study fees
Commission on granted credit:
If credit is granted, EasyBank receives a commission of 2% on the loan amount granted.
4.4. Payment Methods
Payment can be made by:
- Bank transfer to the RIB provided by EasyBank
- Online payment via KONNECT payment solution
- Installment payment (upon prior agreement)
6. Responsibilities and Commitments
6.1. EasyBank Commitments
EasyBank commits to:
- Ensure personalized support for each client
- Respect the confidentiality of transmitted information
- Use its partner network to obtain the best conditions
- Provide professional advice adapted to each situation
- Maintain transparency on costs and conditions
6.2. Client Responsibilities
The client commits to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Submit requested documents within required timeframes
- Pay agreed fees according to defined terms
- Accept that EasyBank does not guarantee positive outcomes
7. Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal period: 10 working days from the contract conclusion date.
Procedures: Written request to contact@easybank.tn
Refund: Within 10 working days
Exceptions:
- The 50 DT processing fees are not refundable once the study is completed
- Consultation fees are not refundable if the service has been provided
