Easy Bank – Banking Support Services
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (TOU) govern access to and use of the website www.easybank.tn as well as all of its subdomains, unless otherwise specified for a specific subdomain (hereinafter the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you fully and unreservedly accept these conditions. If you refuse these conditions, please immediately cease all use of the Site.
2. Purpose of the TOU
The purpose of the TOU is to define the conditions for access and use of the services offered by Easy Bank. The Site allows users to submit credit applications and benefit from personalized support in finding and optimizing financing solutions.
3. Access to the Site and Services
3.1. Site Access
Access to the Site is free and open. No account creation is required. Users can start the process by filling out an online credit application form.
3.2. Services Offered
Easy Bank offers tailored support in banking and financial solutions through the following services:
- Credit simulation and application submission via an interactive form
- Eligibility analysis and verification of required documents
- File transmission to partner banks for review
- Personalized support throughout the entire process
- Financing terms negotiation and offer comparison
- Banking guidance according to client profile and financial needs
- Additional services: scoring, identity verification (KYC), and facilitated access to insurance products
4. User Responsibilities
4.1. User Obligations
The user undertakes to:
- Provide accurate, honest and complete information when filling out the online form
- Submit all requested documents in accordance with the provided checklist
- Follow Easy Bank's instructions to ensure proper processing of their application
4.2. User Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for the information and documents provided. Any inaccuracy, omission or falsification may result in rejection of the file or its non-transfer to partner banks.
5. Payment of Processing Fees
5.1. Processing Fees
Processing fees of 50 DT are required after receipt of the checklist. The file will only be reviewed after payment is received.
5.2. Non-refundable Fees
Processing fees are non-refundable, even in case of application rejection, as they cover administrative costs related to file review.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The user has a right of withdrawal of 10 working days from confirmation of the application. If file review has already been initiated, processing fees cannot be refunded. Any withdrawal request must be made in writing and sent to the following address: contact@easybank.tn
7. Easy Bank's Responsibility
Easy Bank cannot be held responsible for:
- Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Site
- Rejection of an application by a partner bank
- Any errors arising from information provided by the user
